Vista Tower – Building Safety Project

As your landlord, we are committed to addressing the fire safety concerns at Vista Tower, Stevenage.

This website has been set up to provide updates about the progress of the remediation works at your building, and to keep leaseholders up to date with the application for a Remediation Order issued against us by the Secretary of State for the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (‘DLUHC’).

The aim of this website is to provide you with information in relation to the progress of the building safety works and documents relating to the Remediation Order application. For all other questions or concerns about the building, please speak to your Property Manager in the first instance.

Q: When will you start remediating Vista Tower?

Based on current indications, we anticipate external work will begin on site early in 2024, commencing with site set up and the erection of scaffolding, followed by the removal and replacement of combustible materials.

Q: How will you be communicating with leaseholders about the remediation process?

Grey’s project management team will arrange a meeting with leaseholders to talk about the scope of works. We will also provide all leaseholders with a guide containing key information about the project as well as issue regular email updates throughout the duration of the works.

Q: I am concerned about the safety of my building. Who can I speak to?

If you have any concerns about your building, please speak to your property manager who will investigate the issues.
